Restaurant Style Salsa

This recipe is so easy, inexpensive, and delicious!  I just made it for a little Mexican dinner for a friend's birthday celebration and it was definitely a winner.

        * 2 -14 ounce cans diced tomatoes
        * 2 cans diced tomatoes with green chilies (I used Rotel - Mild but you can get Med. or Hot)
        * ½ onion, chopped
        * ½ teaspoon sugar
        * ½ teaspoon salt
        * ½ teaspoon cumin
        * ¼ cup cilantro ( few sprigs, leave out, or put in extra...it's salsa, you can change it to your liking)
        * 2 tablespoons lime juice

Place all ingredients in a blender or food processor and pulse until desired consistency.  Chill for an hour or so before serving.

*If you want a stronger salsa, you can throw in a Jalapeno pepper or a clove of garlic.

Enjoy!
